How will my sauna be packaged? Depending on your choice of sauna, it will arrive flat packed in either two or three boxes, the smaller 
containing the top and base, the remainder the front, back, side panels and bench.

How do I know when my sauna will be arriving? Once your order’s been successfully processed you’ll receive conformation via e-mail detailing your
purchase and indicating a preliminary delivery date for your approval.

Are you able to offer timed deliveries? Unfortunately we are unable to offer timed deliveries.

Do you dispatch to Ireland or the Isle of Wight? We are more than happy to dispatch to both Ireland and the Isle of Wight; please forward your post code 
and we’ll return a price for carriage ASAP.

Do you dispatch to mainland Europe?Unfortunately we do not dispatch to mainland Europe.

What happens if the courier attempts to make the delivery and I am out? If the courier arrives to find no one at your home address they’ll contact you on the number provided, you’ll
 then have the opportunity of agreeing a suitable delivery schedule.

Are you able to offer deliveries on a Saturday? Yes we are able to offer Saturday deliveries albeit at an additional cost; please forward your post code 
and we’ll return a price for carriage ASAP.

Can the boxes be opened and the parts taken out separately?Yes the boxes can be opened and the parts removed separately for relocation to the installation site 
if required.

Can Raycare’s far infrared saunas stand outside in the garden? Raycare’s saunas are not designed to stand outside and would not withstand the rain; however it would be
 perfectly acceptable to house the sauna in a suitably weather-proof shed or summerhouse.

Do Raycare’s saunas require a dedicated electrical outlet or connection to the fuse box? All Raycare saunas are designed to be plugged into a standard 13 amp 3-pin household electrical socket.

Does installation require additional space above? During installation the ceiling panel requires lifting above the sauna and lowering into position, you will
 therefore require approximately 100mm of space over and above your chosen sauna height.

How much does a Raycare Sauna cost to run? Raycare saunas are very economical to operate; on a typical electricity tariff half an hour’s operation cost approximately 
15 pence.

Can Raycare’s far infrared saunas stand outside in the garden? Raycare’s saunas are not designed to stand outside and would not withstand the rain; however it would be
perfectly acceptable to house the sauna in a suitably weatherproof shed or summerhouse.

Do Raycare’s saunas require a dedicated electrical outlet or connection to the fuse box? All Raycare saunas are designed to be plugged into a standard 13 amp 3-pin household electrical socket.

Would it be acceptable to plug the sauna into an electrical extension lead? Plugging the sauna into a quality 13 amp household extension lead would be perfectly acceptable.

Can I plug an iPod into the CD Radio? Yes, by utilising an additional cable it’s possible to plug an iPod into the CD/Radio unit.

Do all of Raycare’s saunas come with a CD/radio? Yes, all of Raycare’s saunas are supplied with a CD/Radio internally mounted for both convenience and aesthetics.

Do Raycare’s saunas come with an oxygen ionizer? Raycare’s saunas are not supplied with oxygen ionizers as there is no evidence to suggest that they are of any real benefit 
within the sauna environment, this is why most of the high end sauna manufacturers do not offer this option.

Does Raycare offer S.A.D (seasonal affective disorder) lighting fitted to any of its saunas? The internal reading lamps fitted as standard are not S.A.D. specific, however the frequency of far infrared radiation
 produced encompasses that naturally produced by the sun and as such is recognized as being of real benefit to those
 suffering this syndrome.

Do all of Raycare’s saunas come with a backrest? All of Raycare’s saunas are supplied with a backrest and additional ones can be supplied if required.

Can I plug an iPod into the cd radio? Yes, by utilising an additional cable it’s possible to plug an iPod into the CD/Radio unit.

What’s the surface temperature of Raycare’s far infrared emitters? Raycare’s carbon fiber far infrared emitters operate at approximately 75C which although hot to touch 
will not burn, unlike the ceramic heaters which operate at a very high temperature and should under no 
circumstances come into contact with the skin.

What type of wall construction do you use in your saunas? All of Raycare’s saunas are constructed using an industry standard insulated cavity.

How thick are the wall panels? Raycare’s insulated cavity panels are approximately 50mm thick.

What kind of wood does Raycare use for its range of saunas? Raycare uses naturally sourced hypoallergenic Canadian Hemlock as this is considered one
 of the very best materials for far infrared sauna construction.

Many of the saunas I’ve seen appear to have red heating elements, why are yours black? Raycare utilizes the latest multi-patented flat carbon fibre heating panels throughout; typically the red 
style of emitters are of the older ceramic style.

Could you tell me at what frequency Raycare’s saunas operate? Raycare’s far infrared emitters are deigned to operate at the all important frequency of 9.4um.

Are spares readily available?Raycare caries a full range of spare parts and should the need arise typically dispatch within 48 hours.

How expensive are replacement far infrared panels and from where can they be purchased? Raycare utilises the latest multi patented carbon fibre flat panel emitters which unlike the older ceramic
tubes are designed to last for life. In the unlikely event of a failure a replacement panel would be dispatched
 from stock.. free of charge.

What kind of warranty does Raycare offer? Raycare saunas are guaranteed against defective manufacture for a period of 2 years.
